💠You talk, we take detailed notes, and begin translating your process into a streamlined, scalable system.
Step Six - Project Kickoff
If it feels like the right fit, we’ll make it official.
💠Following our discovery call, if you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a custom proposal outlining your package, along with your contract and first invoice - all in one streamlined bundle.
💠 This ensures complete clarity on scope, expectations, and investment.
💠Once everything is signed and your initial payment is submitted, we’ll lock in your project start date and begin onboarding you into our client system.

💠This includes activation of your private client portal - your central hub for everything related to your project.
💠You’ll also be asked to review and sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure your business details remain secure and protected.

💠This A-to-Z roadmap will outline every step of your client journey - from initial inquiry to final offboarding touchpoint.

💠Once it’s built, we’ll schedule a review call to walk through everything together and make sure it feels aligned, intuitive, and ready to implement.
